A GRANDAD is hosting a fundraising gig in aid of a charity which helped keep his grandson alive.
Amos Pascal Harker, now seven, had to endure a seven hour operation at nine weeks old after being born with a rare liver condition known as Biliary Atresia.
His operation was a success and he is well now but to thank the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation for its support, his grandad Muppet, who changed his name by deed poll and lives in Eccleshill, is hoping people will turn up at The Castle pub in Gratton Road, Bradford, on Friday, March 3.
Guest musicians will be popular Irish band Wildgeese.
