DIRECTIONS Entering Flookburgh from Allithwaite, proceed into The Square and continue straight ahead into Main Street. Proceed up the hill and continue out of the village, taking the first right-hand turn into Sandgate Country Park. Upon entering the development, follow the road around to the left and then bear right, where you will find the lodge situated on the left-hand side.

LOCATION Sandgate Country Park is an idyllic setting of twenty six lodges, nestled in an area of privacy and tranquility on the outskirts of Flookburgh. The village has a wide range of local amenities which include a Post Office, pharmacy, sandwich shop, hairdressers and a primary school. There is a railway station at Cark for commuting links to Grange over Sands, Barrow-in-Furness, Lancaster and Manchester airport.

DESCRIPTION 25 Sandgate Lodge is a beautifully presented detached property, which offers good sized accommodation and a large decked seating area to enjoy the surrounding picturesque parkland.

Fitted within the worktop is a one and a half sink drainer with a mixer tap and a four-ring gas hob with an extractor hood over and an electric oven/grill below. Integrated within the units is a fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.

Located off the kitchen is an internal hallway with doors leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is an excellent sized double, complemented with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room.

The shower room is fitted with a three-piece suite, comprising of a shower cubicle with a wall-mounted mixer shower, WC and wash hand basin, with vanity storage below.
