Fifteen-year-old Bradford City fan Jonathan Holdsworth has been selected for trials at the Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
The Thornton Grammar School pupil has cerebral palsy but it does not stop him for excelling at sports.
He already plays for North of England team for youngsters with the condition and his performances on the wing have attracted attention. Jonathan, who is studying a GCSE in PE, will try out for the national under-18s cerebral palsy team at the sports centre near Newport, Shropshire.
He said: āIām excited and I just want to keep going and see if I can improve.ā
