Younis Choudhry launched Regal Foods in 2009 as a small family bakery business and has led it to its current multi-million pound status.

He began his career working in a small baker at the age of 16 and worked his way up to become sales director.

He then began his own family business which has grown from 20 staff to over 120.

He regularly gives up personal time to encourage those from disadvantaged backgrounds to become entrepreneurial and uses his own experiences to raise aspirations in others.

He offers personal and financial support to local charities and supports White Ribbon, a charity established to tackle domestic violence.


Reana Bashir has been a franchise holder with Coversure for three years and is now business owner of Coversire Keighley, Bingley and Rotherham.

She est up her first office just 10 days after her daughter was born and continues to run her three businesses with two children under 10.

She left school at 18 to start her career in insurance which ignited her inner passion for the industry and she worked her way up to branch manager. Eventually she branched out to self-employment.


Malcolm Little, who founded the business which supplies the print industry in 1998.

Seven years ago he spearheaded the firms strategic partnership with Pack Leader, a global supplier of labelling and machinery lines.

He has taken the firm to new levels over the past five years. He has moulded Advanced Dynamics as not just a supplier of machinery but helps form long-term bonds with customers beyond the initial point of sale.
