Cleckheaton-based WorldEvents has announced the appointment of Jeremy Wilson to its board of directors.
Formerly company secretary and financial controller for the live events agency, Mr Wilson will be responsible for overseeing all financial and management information systems for the organisation.
His new role will include client contract negotiations, industry regulatory compliance and management of the company's treasury function.
Managing director of WorldEvents, Martin Parry, said: "Jeremy will be a great asset to the board. His promotion has come at a key time for WorldEvents, as we develop our plans to expand our US operations and build on our existing presence in mainland Europe. Jeremy will have an important role from both a UK and international perspective."
