Pupils in Bradford will be given the opportunity to learn more about money and personal finance during the sixth annual ‘My Money Week’ this June. Run by the Personal Finance Education Group (pfeg), the aim of the week, which will run from June 9 to 15, is to give schoolchildren a head-start in financial education before the subject becomes a compulsory part of the new National Curriculum from September. Last year, South Craven School, in Cross Hills, and Home Farm Primary School, Bradford, took part in the week by organising financial education activities for pupils.
