NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed Development at: Futures House, Bolling Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire. I give notice that BAM Construct Ltd (on behalf of the ESFA) Is applying to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for planning permission for: “Prior approval for the conversion of the building to a new secondary school including associated works to the building and land including amendments to the car park to provide a pupil drop off facility. AND Full planning application for the demolition of part of the existing warehouse and related works to create a new sports hall and outdoor play area, improvements to the separate staff car park and associated works.”Any owner* of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Planning Dept, 4th Floor, Britannia House, Bradford BD1 1HX within 21 days of the date of this notice.

*owner means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** tenant means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
