THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF AREAS
OF OPEN SPACE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton ("the Council") intends to dispose of interests in land that includes areas of open space at the following locations: Land at Moss Lea, Bolton (LS/AMW/HJB/72841) Land at part of Central Street Car Park, Central Street, Bolton (LS/VJ/HJB/74032) Plans showing the areas to be included in the disposals can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, the Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU.

Any objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to Helen Gorman, Borough Solicitor, Bolton Council, Legal Services Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU, or by e-mail to legal. services@bolton.gov.uk bearing the reference (see above) by no later than 8th June, 2018 All objections received will then be considered by the Council.
