ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL FOSTER PARK ROAD, DENHOLME TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 780) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works proposed to be executed on or near Foster Park Road, Denholme intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Foster Park Road from its junction with Keighley Road for a distance of approximately 20 metres in an easterly direction.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Foster Park Road (unaffected section), Foster Park, Keighley Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 4th December 2017 and remain in force until 19th December 2017 (both dates inclusive) (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 23rd day of November 2017
