ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 VARIOUS ROADS IN RIXTON AND WOOLSTON (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which will be as follows:-

Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway

Brickhurst Way - Its entire length
Somerset Way - Its entire length
School Lane - From Dam Lane to Moss Side Lane/Chapel Lane
Dam Lane - From Dam Head Lane to Manchester Road

The Order will be effective from Monday 11th December 2017 for a period of 8 weeks, between the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm when signed on site. Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works. The alternative routes are:

Brickhurst Way
- Via Holes Lane, Hillock Lane, Somerset Way and vice versa Somerset Way - Via Brickhurst Way, Holes Lane, Hillock Lane and vice versa School Lane - Chapel Lane, Manchester Road, Dam Lane and vice versa Dam Lane - Via Dam Head Lane, Glazebrook Lane, Manchester Road and vice versa The restrictions are required to undertake footway and carriageway surfacing works. WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 THE BOROUGH OF WARRINGTON (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) CONSOLIDATION (AMENDMENT NO. 14) ORDER 2017

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows:-1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2016, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-(a) In the Third Schedule by the addition of:-

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME
Chester Road A56
From its junction with Walton New Road in a south (South East Side) westerly direction for a distance of 52 metres
Sprlngbrook For the extent of the adopted highway
(Access to Hall Gardens) (Both Sides)

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order which, together with a plan showing the restricted area and a Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Cheryl Nicholson of the Legal Services Section or delivered by hand to the address above by 14th December 2017 and all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
