ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 353 (BRADFORD NORTH) AVENHAM WAY BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 745) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of development works proposed to be executed on or near Public Footpath No 353 (Bradford North) Avenham Way intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No 353 (Bradford North) Avenham Way from its junction with Avenham Way to its junction with New Otley Road. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of public footpath. Alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the proposed Order will be available via Public Footpath No 353 (Bradford North) Avenham Way (unaffected section), Public Footpath No 10 (Bradford North), Brookfield Road, New Otley Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect on 3rd October 2017 and remain in force until 3rd April 2018 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
