Notice is hereby given that on the 4th January 2017 Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC applied to Bradford Metropolitan District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Morrisons Daily Petrol Filling Station, 275 Bradford Road, Idle, Bradford BD10 8EG. The proposed variation is to permit alterations to the premises by way of an extension to the licensed area and to extend the current licensable activities into the area as altered. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:-Environmental & Sport, Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX no later than 1 February 2017 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 -16.30 Friday. The licensing register is also available on line at www.bradfordlicensing.org.uk. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summaryconviction for the offence is unlimited.
