THE CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (THE OLD MANOR HOUSE, ROSEBERY ROAD, MANNINGHAM, BRADFORD) (LISTED BUILDING RENOVATION SCHEME) COMPULSORY PURCHASE ORDER 2022 THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 AND THE ACQUISITION OF LAND ACT 1981
1. The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made on the 15th February 2022 The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (The Old Manor House, Rosebery Road, Manningham, Bradford) (Listed Building Renovation Scheme) Compulsory Purchase Order 2022 under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. It is about to submit this order to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport for confirmation, and if confirmed the order will authorise The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of (a) preserving a Grade 11 Listed Building situate and known as No 23 Rosebery Road, Manningham, Bradford BD8 7QB and (b) an area of garden land abutting the said Listed Building lying to the north east of the Listed Building and situate at the junction of Oak Lane and Rosebery Road, Manningham, Bradford, which is needed to be purchased to facilitate the preservation of the Listed Building and to afford access to the Listed Building for its proper control and management.

2. Owing to Covid-19 and with due regard to Government public health and hygiene guidance, a copy of the order and of the accompanying map is not available to be inspected at the offices of the Council, City Hall, Centenary Square, Bradford but may be viewed on the Council's scheme web site at

www.bradford.gov.uk/compulsorypurchaseorders

; and who will upon request, arrange for persons to be sent a copy of the order and map and a copy of the Council's Statement justifying the need for the order and any other documents shown on the Council's scheme web site.
3. Any objection to the order must be made in writing to the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, No 100 Parliament Street, London SW1A2BQ before Friday, the 18th March 2022 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector's address and interests in the land.

4. In submitting an objection, it should be noted that the personal data and correspondence relating to any objection will be passed to The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council to enable any objection to be considered. If any person does not wish personal data to be forwarded to the Council, they should state why when submitting the objection and the Secretary of State will copy the representations, with the name and address removed to the Council and if there is to be a local public inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
