ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
RIDGEWAY, WROSE, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO. 1367) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Ridgeway, Wrose, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Ridgeway from a point outside No. 13 Ridgeway to a point outside No. 23A Ridgeway.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Ridgeway (unaffected section), Claremont Road, Wrose Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 22nd March 2021 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on 26th March 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 11th day of March 2021.
