ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

YATE LANE, OXENHOPE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO.1347) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works proposed to be executed on or near Yate Lane, Oxenhope intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Yate Lane from a point outside the entrance to Upper Yates Farm to a point at the rear of 17 Waterside.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Yate Lane (unaffected section), Dark Lane, Keighley Road, Station Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on 4th March 2021 and remain in force until 18:00 hours on 12th March 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
