ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 5 (BINGLEY), MANOR DRIVE, COTTINGLEY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO.1303) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works to be executed on or near Public Footpath No. 5 (Bingley), Manor Drive, Cottingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Public Footpath No. 5 (Bingley) from its junction with Manor Drive to a point at the rear of No. 49 Woodlands Grove.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works to be carried out on the said length of public footpath.

No alternative routes for pedestrians affected by the Order will be available.

The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on 11th January 2021 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on 26th January 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
