BELAY Hans Ivan Kathleen and family would like to thank most sincerely all family, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence, flowers and donations to St. Luke's Renal Unit Ward F7 and St James Hospital Sarcoma team. Special thanks are extended to Doctor Manby (GP) and everyone at Rooley Lane Medical Centre, all at St James Hospitals who have treated Hans over the many years he attended there, to Doctor Akbani, all on Ward F7, district nurses, carers and the out of hours doctor who attended Hans before he passed away and stayed with us to the end, it was very much appreciated. With a final thanks to all who attended Han's funeral to make it a wonderful send off for him, he would have been so pleased and grateful to see so many attend.
