TEMPEST Mary Mavis The family of the late Mavis wish to express sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and donations received in their sad loss of mum. Thanks also to all staff of A & E, M.A.U., Ward 5c and I.C.U., Calderdale Royal for all their care and kindness to us all; to Canon FitzGerald for his most comforting service and to Mark of Naylor & Grysdale Funeral Directors for most thoughtful and caring arrangements.
