PATCHETT Jack On April 25, 2011, Jack died peacefully, in hospital, aged 79 years. The dearly loved husband of Margaret, much loved uncle to Glen, Linda and the whole family, a friend and colleague to many. He will be sadly missed. The funeral service will be held at Scholemoor Chapel on Monday, May 9, at 12.40p.m., followed by interment at Thornton Cemetery.
