SWITHENBANK Carole On 15th July 2022 Carole, aged 76 years of Shelf, passed away suddenly in hospital. The dearly loved wife of the late Brian, much loved mum of Paul, dear mother-in-law of Donna and a dear friend to many. Funeral Service and Cremation to be held at Scholemoor Crematorium on Friday 12th August 2:40pm. Will family and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. By request family flowers only please, If desired donations would be appreciated for British Heart Foundation, Greater London House, 180 Hampstead Road, London, NW1 7AW.
