RUSHWORTH Phyllis (Nee Mazey) Passed away peacefully at home on 23rd June 2022, after a short illness patiently borne. Dearly loved life long partner of the late Frank; much loved mother of Joan, Julie, Peter, Lynn and Gary; special grandma of Matthew, Katie, Jamie, Amy and Alex; doting great-grandma of Bronte; and respected mother-in-law of Jim, Adrian, Mick and Jo. Service and cremation at Nab Wood Crematorium on Tuesday 5th July 2022 at 2pm. Family and friends please meet at the Crematorium.
