BERRY Jack On 7th October 2021, Jack passed away peacefully in hospital, surrounded by his family, aged 92 years of Wibsey. The loved husband of the late Elaine, a dear dad of John, Margaret, Kathy and the late Elaine, a grandad, great-grandad and great-great-grandad and a good friend to those who knew him. Funeral service will be held at Holdsworth's Chapel of Rest, 99, St. Helena Road, Wibsey, BD6 1TB on Monday 25th October at 11.00am, followed by private cremation. Family flowers only but if desired donations in Jack's memory may be made to Dementia UK, a collection box will be available for this purpose.
