NEIL Grace Somerville (nee Gardiner) It is with heavy hearts we announce that our mum, Grace, died peacefully on 2nd October 2021, just before her 95th birthday. Treasured wife of the late Bill, loving mum to Vicky and Val, dearest mother-in-law to the late Michael and Robin, cherished grandma to Jamie and Dominic, special lady to Danielle and great-grandaughter, Everly. Much-loved daughter of the late Tom and Aggie, loved sister, auntie, great-auntie, special and respected friend to her wide social circle and many work colleagues and a much-loved resident of Springbank Care Home. Scottish to the last and never losing her native accent, she made Yorkshire her home for over 71 years with her beloved Billy and is now reunited with him. The funeral will be held on Tuesday 19th October 2021, at All Saints (Bingley) Parish Church, 52 Old Church Street, Bingley, BD16 2RH at 11:30am, to which all are welcome, followed by private cremation at Nab Wood Crematorium. Family flowers only, please, but donations in memory of Grace will be for the Alzheimer's Society.
