CHADWICK Ian Daniel Passed away on Monday March 22, 2021, aged 77 years. Loving husband of Carol, much loved dad to Karl and Lee, a special grandad and a loved brother. Sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday April 14, at the Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby. No flowers please but donations for Dementia UK may be left at the service or sent to Hortons Funeral Services, The Old Police Box, Newport Road, North Cave, HU15 2NZ. 01430 423031.
