HOLDSWORTH Jack Kenneth Formerly of Highfield Gardens, Bradford, passed away peacefully at Wetherby on January 11, aged 97. Beloved father of Lucy, John and stepfather to Francis Xavier. Formerly of Yorkshire Electricity Board. Funeral service will be held at Stonefall Crematorium, Harrogate on February 5, 2021.

I remember Jack with great fondness from the time he used to come to church at St Anthony's with Pilar and later to St Aidan's. Occasionally visited him after Pilar died. He was always so pleased to see us and was very hospitable.

We are so sorry to hear the news of Jack's passing. We were friends and close neighbours for about 30 years until we moved house and a few of us all looked out for one another. My brother also gardened for him a couple of times a week for quite a few years. Condolences to all the family. May Jack rest in peace
