HARE Lisa Jane Passed away June 17, in hospital aged 28 years. Dear mum of Evie and Jensen, dearly loved daughter of Sue and Chris, much loved sister of Lee and Chloe and dear granddaughter of Graham and Patricia. Due to the current circumstances a private funeral will take place on July 1 at 11.45am. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
