RUSSELL Frank Passed away peacefully on March 12 at Manorlands Hospice aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Florence, much loved father of Timothy, Simon and Sally, a loving brother, father-in-law, grandad, great-grandad and uncle. Forever in our hearts. Family only service at the crematorium, followed by a celebration of Frank's life later in the year, for all to attend. Details later.
