NASH Phillip Peacefully, on August 6, in hospital, Phillip, aged 58 years. A much loved dad of Calvin, David and Mathew. A celebration of Phillip's life will be held at Scholemoor Crematorium on Monday, August 19 at 12.40pm. Family flowers only, donations would be appreciated to The Marie Curie Hospice. A box will be available at the funeral.
