FLEMING Tara On July 14, Tara passed away peacefully at home aged 49 years. Beloved daughter, much loved mama, treasured nanny, dear sister and loving partner. The funeral service and cremation will be held at Rawdon Crematorium on Friday, July 26 at 3.00pm, will friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Tara would be appreciated to Marie Curie Hospice; a box will be available at the service.
