VERITY Mavis Passed away peacefully at home, after a short illness, on Saturday April 13, aged 78 years. Loving wife of the late Dennis, sadly missed mother to Steve, Ian, Darren and Andrew, much loved sister of Eddie, Brian, Maureen, Irene and the late Veronica and Sylvia, devoted grandma and great-grandma. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A service to celebrate Mavis's life will be held at Rawdon Crematorium on Tuesday, April 30, at 2.20pm. At Mavis's request, please do not wear black. Family flowers only please, donations gratefully received for Macmillan Cancer Support.
