LAYCOCK Ian On Friday, August 24 after a long, courageous battle, Ian, aged 64, passed away peacefully at home. A precious and beloved husband to Pauline, stepdad to Matthew and Joanne, devoted brother to Maureen, brother to Graham and brother-in-law and uncle. A very special grandad and fatherly figure to Jordan. A much loved grandad to Leah and Kenley. Best friends with Dave and good friend to many. Will family and friends please meet at Nab Wood Crematorium at 12:40pm on Friday, September 21 to join us in the celebration of Ian's life at the chapel. All are welcome to join the family for refreshments afterwards at Windhill Conservative Club. The family will attend following a private burial service. Family flowers only but donations in memory of Ian can be made to Ward 33 at Bradford Royal Infirmary, a box will be available at the service.

Ian, you were my boss for many years at William Hills and became a good friend along with Pauline, your wife. Sadly we lost touch over the last few years and I was shocked and saddened to learn of your passing just this week and would have liked to pay my respects at your funeral. I will always remember you with love and affection and have lots of memories that I will treasure always. My thoughts are with Pauline and your family.
