SULLIVAN Patricia On November 1, 2017, Pat passed away peacefully in the BRI, with her family around her, aged 73 years. Loving wife of the late Tom and much loved mum of Jayne, Mark and David and loving mother-in-law to Alex and Jackie, proud nana of Jade, Danielle, Nikita and Camilla and dear sister to Rachel and dear auntie and friend to many. The Funeral Service and Cremation will be held at Nab Wood Crematorium on Wednesday, November 22, at 11.30a.m. Will friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, if desired donations would be appreciated to Marie Curie Hospice. A collection box will be available at the service.
