CHADWICK Hazel On January 16 2015, peacefully at BRI, after a short illness, aged 79 years. The beloved partner or Robin, dear mum of Ruth, Hilary and dear granny of Jake. A graveside service will take place at Tarn Moor Memorial Woodland, Grassington Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 3LA on Friday, January 30 at 2.00p.m. Followed by a service of thanksgiving at Nab Wood Crematorium Chapel, Shipley at 3.20p.m. All welcome to both services, donations in lieu of flowers would be appreciated if made for The Peoples Dispensary for Sick Animals, a collection will be available at Nab Wood for this purpose.
