PHELPS Kathleen (Kate) On January 14, 2014, peacefully at her home, Kate, aged 100 years. Deeply loved mother of Andrea and Jane and a very proud and loving grandma and great-grandma. The funeral service will be held at Scholemoor Crematorium on Thursday, January 23, at 2.40p.m. Family flowers only please. All Enquiries to The Brook Chapel of Rest, Thornton, (01274 834602).
