SMITH Katie (nee Butcher) On July 2 peacefully at home, aged 32 years. Much loved wife of Nigel, dearly loved mummy of Maia Rose, and a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and auntie. Funeral service will take place at Rawdon Crematorium on Monday, July 15, at 2.30pm. Friends please meet at Rawdon. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given to W15 Amenities Fund for which a collection box will be available at the service.
