SIRS David Herbert (Dave) Suddenly at home on Wednesday, January 2, 2013, aged 78 years. Loving husband of the late Betty, loving dad to Karen and Julie, a dear brother, grandad, great-grandad and uncle. The funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's Church, Oakenshaw, on Wednesday, January 16, at 1.00p.m., followed by a private family cremation at Park Wood, Elland.
