THESE are the desolate scenes inside Bradford's Marks & Spencer store as its closing date looms.

The Broadway store is in its final week of trading in the city centre and its doors will shut for good this Saturday.

The M&S has been in the shopping centre since it opened in 2015.

When the T&A revealed that the store would shut on May 18, many people got in touch to express their sadness.

He said: "As a key presence in the city, the decision to close is both surprising and disappointing, considering the company's commitment to growth in the local area.
