A GREEN oasis in the middle of a Bradford industrial area will go under the hammer next month.

Walking through a small gateway on Commondale Way, just off the Euroway Industrial Estate, you end up in an urban green space, complete with a bridleway, wooded area and large pond in the middle.

Now an eight-acre section of this site has been listed for auction by Pugh Property, with a guide price of £75,000.

The auction of the privately owned land will take place online on May 21.

The listing says: “A public bridleway runs along the eastern boundary to the site and a footpath skirts the western boundary.

“The land is currently accessible via 2 public footpaths from Commondale Way and Transperience Way.

“The site may be suitable for a variety of uses subject to planning permission.”
