Eric Robinson, of Clayton, has sent us in a picture following our piece on stained glass last month.
He writes: “I started work for George Lazenby in 1942 as an apprentice and worked under Mr Lazenby during the war and after in Eldon Place.
“George Lazenby sold the business in 1954-55 to a Huddersfield man who kept the name Lazenby. In 1964 it was taken over again.
“We worked on a lot of public buildings and churches across the North of England.”
