Town treble all in vain
Chris Town recorded his second Bradford Summer League maximum for Hermits D in Division Two but still finished on the losing side.
Town's treble in the first week guided his side to victory against Hermits G but Embassy B proved much stronger opposition.
Hermits could only manage a Tom Sampson success against Clive Sherratt to back up Town's effort in their 6-4 defeat.
Peter Holbrook and Keith Wilkinson took two each and the doubles for Embassy, while Sherratt secured a crucial single against Dave Robinson.
Hermits F made it two wins in a row in the section following a comfortable 7-3 verdict against Hermits H.
Bob Underwood and Allan Miles-Turner were both unbeaten for the F team. Stuart Stead, Brian Cooper and Peter Worger registered one each for Hermits H.
Division One: Unity A 7, Hermits C 3; Yeadon A 9, Hermits A 1; Hermits B 3, Unity B 7. Division Two: Yeadon C 9, Hermits G 1; Hermits D 4, Embassy B 6; Hermits H 3, Hermits F 7. Division Three: Baildon 6, Hermits J 1.
