BRADFORD Hockey Club are holding an open day at Bradford Girls' Grammar School tomorrow (10.30am-4pm).
Tickets, which can be bought on the day, are £5 for adults and £2.50 for under-16s and include food from the barbecue and a raffle ticket.
The family fun day includes hockey activities, including skills games, mini coaching sessions and demonstration matches.
The latter will include under-12s v under-14s, under-14s v ladies and under-16 boys v men's first team.
The club also request that unwanted sticks be brought along to add to the tower of sticks that will be sent to England Hockey's TAP West Africa project.
Players at Bradford Hockey Club club range from eight years old (there are close to 100 junior members) to 65. There are nine senior teams at the club covering a wide range of abilities, including men's, women's, mixed, development and veterans' sides.
