BINGLEY Bees men enjoyed plenty of pressure in their Yorkshire Men's Division Four North fixture at Harrogate Fourths but were let down by their final pass into the D.
Almost the entire first ten minutes were played in the home half but the longer the half went on the more play was concentrated in midfield, and there were no goals in the first half.
However, Harrogate managed to score a scrappy goal six minutes after the interval and, as the game opened up, both sides had chances before the hosts extended lead 14 minutes later, and only a triple save stopped it from being 3-0.
Bingley Bees were beaten 2-0 at home by Brigg in the Yorkshire Women's Premier Division.
