The Pudsey Pacers enjoyed warm sunshine again this weekend at the Guiseley Gallop multi-terrain 10k event.
Darren Burnley continues his fine form with first M40 in 38min 5sec, Karen Pickles was 1st F35 in 40min 36sec.
Also running well were Robert Samuels 40:04, Jim Wheldon 42:53, Richard Gibson, returning from injury in 43:20, John Marshall 43:23, Gary Phillips 45:01, Alison Glover 56:49, Sarah Turner 58:30 and Joy Good 62.28.
Meanwhile, Nigel Craven went hunting a PB at the Friskney Half Marathon> He just missed out with 1hr 31min 33sec, but will be confident of completing his quest at Sheffield in a couple of weeks' time.
James Clarke ran at the Salford 10k, also just missing a PB with 36min 48sec.
