Eccleshill had four runners out in the popular Snake Lane 10 miler in East Yorkshire, on a course that gets its name from the amount of twisting roads you run on.

On a mild, very breezy day, first home for ERR after a period of injury was Mick Hogan in 65min 48sec, followed closely by Claire Elener (another PB in 68min 59sec), Lyndon Ross (93min 1sec) and Sue Birbeck in 1hr 56min 27sec.

ERR had five runners out representing the club in the Huddersfield Road Runners 10k race.

First club runner home was Mark Scott in 50min 17sec, followed by Derek Mitchell (61min 32sec), the ever-improving Lisa Butcher (61min 45sec), Sharon Heels (64min 49sec), and Gillian Jones (68min 57sec).
