Eccleshill had just two runners out in this race with Mick Hogan and Paul Birrane having to pull out at the last minute with injuries.
On what proved to be one of the mildest days for several weeks and with a strong breeze to contend with honours of the day went to Claire Elener, finishing in 94min 47sec.
Claire was followed closely by Robert Sutton in 96min 51sec, who is continuing his preparation for the Barcelona Marathon on March 1st.
