BRADFORD motorcycle ace Dean Harrison has signed a two-year deal with the Northern Ireland-based Mar-Train Racing team.

The 25-year-old, who won the lightweight TT race on the Isle of Man this summer, will be Mar-Train's sole competitor in the Supersport, Superstock and Superbike classes.

Having pulled out of the British Supersport Championship, they will now be representing Yamaha UK at major road race meetings.

"It's great to finally be able to announce that Dean will be joining us," said team principal Tim Martin.

Mar-Train Racing will announce their full schedule for 2015 early next year.

But they have said that their initial plan was to add the Southern 100, events at Oliver's Mount in Scarborough and some national road races in Ireland to the North West 200, Isle of Man TT and Ulster Grand Prix.
