THE final of the Farsley Winter Pairs takes place on Sunday from 11am and there is a strong line-up competing for the £800 first prize.

The last qualifiers were reigning Autumn Waterloo Handicap champion Wayne Ditchfield and Ashley Tattersley (Lower Hopton), plus Gary Siswick and Josh Brown.

Ditchfield and Tattersley defeated Sharon Gadd and Barry Turnbull (Myrtle Park/Ilkley) 21-18 in their final qualifying game, while Siswick and Brown edged past Helen and Will Gilroy (Rufford/Eccleshill) 21-19.
