LISTERHILLS AA: The gates will be open at 8.30am for Sunday’s members’ match at Pilley’s Dam. The draw is at 8.45am. There will be no pleasure fishing until after the draw. The bank must be kept
clear for access. The trout season on rivers is now underway and the only permitted baits are fly, minnow, worm and artificial lures. No maggots, meat or cereal baits are allowed until Monday, June
HEWENDEN AC: The last pike match of the year was won by Michael Butler with 11lb 8oz. Ian Jackson took second with 1lb 7oz. The pike series was also won by Butler. The next coarse match will be on
Sunday, April 8 with a 9am draw in the car park. It costs £10 all in and all members are welcome.
