Bradford hosts the biggest basketball camp in the north of England from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24.
A total of 125 people have already signed up from Hungary, Denmark, Nigeria, Scotland and, of course, from Bradford and all over England.
A team of top international basketball coaches will run the camp – headed by Dr Laszlo Nemeth, the former England men’s basketball coach – as part of a series of summer Eurocamps throughout Europe.
Other coaches hail from the USA, Bulgaria, Hungary, Holland, Scotland and England, with several current and former international players.
“Any young player serious about improving their playing skills and game should not miss this camp,” said Eurocamp organiser Stuart Culliford.
The camp will be held at several venues, including the sports hall at Bradford College, with its sprung wooden floor, the newly refurbished Bradford University sports hall and the new sports hall at Buttershaw and Belle Vue Girls schools and will run daily from 9am to 5.30pm.
The camp caters for both boys and girls, aged between ten to 22 years old, with playing standards from beginners to national team level.
