OYE Jemiyo has boosted his hopes of competing in the 2016 Paralympics by winning two golds and a silver in a national championships in Ormesby, near Middlesbrough.
"All my hard work and determination is truly paying off right now," said Class Two-wheelchair player Oye, who has strong links to Oakbank Table Tennis Club.
"I am so pleased, and so are my team of a personal trainer, coach, practice partner and my family."
Far from resting on his laurels, however, Oye will be celebrating national table tennis day today by playing table tennis at the pit and Roxy restaurants in Leeds, with ping parties at both venues.
